We can make a “swap” event if you wish to participate. Trade out some of your scraps with someone who has different patterns and values. For example I found I had to really scrounge for greens.

 

If your are not a scrap hoarder, you can also bring 8 to 10 eight yard cuts of main colors and 8 to 10 eighth yard cuts of greens, or bring many of what you do have and find a swap to mix up your selection.

 

Must have:

sewing machine

Power cord and foot pedals (unless you are a start – stop button person)

Thread and bobbins

Rotary cutter and small mat (I love love love my rotating mat for classes)

smaller ruler like a 6 x 12

Of course fabric unless you are making a purchase at Mama’s

 

 

Nice to have:

Seam Roller or small iron

8 ½ square ruler

4 ½ square ruler

Small “trash” bowl or container by your side
